Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to return your order for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason. (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
How to Make a Return

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Goods must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Period

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery if the conditions (item condition, tags etc.) are met.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable (unless faulty or damaged).

Final sale / clearance / discounted items may be non-returnable (check product description).

If the item is opened (tags removed, washed, or used), it may not qualify for a full refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return or exchange.

You may be asked to provide photos of the issue.
EU Warranty

In compliance with EU law, we offer a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping Costs

If returning due to your change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we cover return shipping.
How Refunds Are Made
