Refund Policy

At Scandic Serenity, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds or exchanges are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for products returned within 30 days of delivery in unused and original condition.

  • Services are refundable only if canceled within 24 hours of purchase and not rendered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Process for Refunds

  • Submit a refund request by emailing us at helpscandicserenity@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number.

  • Item(s) being returned or refunded.

  • Reason for the refund request.

  • Photos of the product (if applicable for damaged or defective items).

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the returned product (if required) and verification of the claim. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.​

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
