Refund Policy

At Scandic Serenity, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds or exchanges are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued for products returned within 30 days of delivery in unused and original condition.
Services are refundable only if canceled within 24 hours of purchase and not rendered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Process for Refunds

Submit a refund request by emailing us at helpscandicserenity@gmail.com with the following details:
Order number.
Item(s) being returned or refunded.
Reason for the refund request.
Photos of the product (if applicable for damaged or defective items).
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the returned product (if required) and verification of the claim. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
